  • Our single-family package is priced at a flat rate of $159. This fee is consistent regardless of the property's size, provided it is located within a 30 min drive of Midtown Atlanta.

    The service includes a $20 monthly hosting fee, with the first month complimentary. Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent, free of hidden fees or complicated quotes.

  • For our on-site services, we accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, and Cash App.

    The monthly hosting fee, if applicable, will be automatically billed to a credit card securely stored on file.

  • The on-site service typically takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours, with the exact duration depending on the size and complexity of the property.

    While not required, we recommend that you or a representative be present for the first 15 minutes to discuss any specific details or special requests. If you are unable to be on-site, we ask that you provide clear access instructions and any other relevant information beforehand, such as:

    • Areas that are off-limits

    • Specific features or rooms you would like to highlight

    • Any other special considerations for the property

  • For the highest quality results, we recommend the following preparations before your scheduled service:

    • Declutter the Space: Clear the floors and surfaces of any unnecessary items to showcase the property's size and layout.

    • Minimize Movement: Ensure the property is free of people and pets during the scanning process to avoid blurs or interruptions in the final model.

    • Address Reflective Surfaces: Notify us in advance of any large mirrors or highly reflective surfaces. This helps us take the necessary precautions to ensure a seamless scan.

    • Ensure Adequate Lighting: Confirm that all light fixtures have working bulbs and that blinds or curtains are open to provide consistent and ample lighting throughout the property.

  • Once the on-site scan is uploaded, our team processes the data, and we aim to deliver the completed 3D tour and floor plan to you within three business days. For any projects requiring extensive edits or specific touch-ups, the delivery may take a bit longer.
