Scheduling Your Appointment

Book your appointment today! We schedule all services within a two-hour window to account for travel, on-site preparation, and the time required for a complete scan. The actual time spent at your property is typically shorter than this window. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with a more accurate arrival time.

While we always strive to be on time, we appreciate your understanding that factors like traffic can affect our arrival. In the event of an unexpected delay, we will contact you immediately with an updated arrival time. If we are able to finish our previous appointment ahead of schedule, we will reach out to see if you would like to begin your service earlier.

Currently we are offering weekend and limited weekday appointments. Full weekday scheduling to be announced soon.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Once your appointment is confirmed, you may reschedule it based on our availability. To avoid a $49 cancellation fee, please provide at least one week's notice for any changes or cancellations. We are committed to working with you to find a solution that avoids this fee whenever possible.
